Terms and Conditions.
WEDDINGS.
- Payment.
Your payment will need to clear before I can begin any work on your order.
- Proof Reading.
Once I have received your payment and the final details of your wording, I will work on your designs and send your digital proofs via email. I offer three rounds of revisions to your proofs during this time should you require any amendments.
Any additional proofs will incur a charge per round of extra amendments. This amount will be confirmed with you and paid before any further work commences.
By confirming you have approved the designs, you are agreeing that all documents have been thoroughly proof read.
Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure all information is correct, it is your final responsibility as my client to check the wording and ensure everything is spelt correctly, that there are no mistakes or missing information and that you are happy with the design. If proofs are signed off and orders subsequently printed with mistakes, any further work involved to correct the issue will be charged to you, my client.
Please be aware that correcting mistakes could result in a delay in getting your order ready.
- Lead Times.
Lead times depend on the size of the order but on average I expect to get everything signed off and printed within four weeks. Designs must be signed off within four weeks from the date you receive the first proof unless we have agreed otherwise.
I will notify you at the beginning of the order process if these timings are likely to be longer.
For any urgent orders I may have to charge an express fee but this will be discussed and agreed at the beginning of the process.
Whilst it is my responsibility to adhere to deadlines to ensure your order is delivered on time, it is your responsibility to ensure I receive all the information on time. If there is a delay in receiving the information there could be a delay in getting your order completed. Please be aware of this and realise I cannot be held responsible for delays of this nature.
- Cancellation.
Once a booking has been confirmed with a deposit or balance payment, a refund cannot be given if the order is then cancelled. If you have paid the full amount and cancel your order before it has been completed you are laible to pay for the work completed up until that date.
- Copyright.
Design plagiarism is not acceptable in any form and designs must not be copied or reproduced without prior agreement.
