Can I order a sample?
Yes you can for studio collections providing they are in stock. Please choose 'sample' from the Wedding Stationery category via the shop here.
For bespoke designs you will receive a digital proof but no printed sample will be supplied. You can however, order a studio collection sample in a similar format if you'd like to see the quality of the stationery before you order.
What happens once I have ordered?
Please use the guide on the listing to send me your personalised details. This can be sent via email to email@example.com or in the note to seller when you order.
A full copy of the terms and conditions will also be sent to you at this time - please read these thoroughly.
What happens next?
Once you have submitted the necessary information Alexia will design your stationery and send you digital proofs via email for approval.
What if I realise there is a mistake?
If a mistake is spotted during the design process and before you have approved the designs, this can be amended for you before your stationery is printed.
If a mistake is spotted once you have approved the designs, further revisions and reprints will be chargeable.

How long will it take to make?
Studio collections take 4-6 weeks to complete. Once we have received your order a digital proof will be sent to you within 1 week of receiving your order details. Once you have approved your stationery it will take up to three weeks to dispatch.
If you require your stationery sooner please get in touch to discuss.
Bespoke designs can take a little longer depending on the complexity of the design. Lead times will be discussed with you before proceeding with your order.
How do I book a consultation about my wedding stationery?
Consultations are usually held on Saturday mornings at the studio in Southminster, Essex. Please send me an email or get in touch to arrange a suitable date and time.
Alternatively we can discuss your requirements over email.
Is there a discount on delivery if I order more than one card?
Please see the table below for delivery costs for multiple card orders:
Cards are sent first class via the Royal Mail.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Two Little Ducks endeavour to contact clients once their order has been dispatched. If your order does not arrive within five working days of your dispatch notification please get in touch with the studio straight away.
What if something is missing when my order arrives?
Please get in touch with the studio within 14 days to discuss any problems with your order.
