If your order is made to your specification or personalised it cannot be resold therefore it is non-refundable.
It is the responsibility of you, the customer to make sure there are no spelling mistakes or errors when you supply the personalised details for your order.
If however there is an issue, please get in touch and we'll do our very best to resolve this for you.
SAMPLES & NON PERSONALISED ITEMS:
If you are unhappy with a non personalised item this can be returned for a refund providing:
- you contact the shop within 14 days
- it is in a resaleable condition
- it is in it's original packaging
You the buyer are responsible for return postage and are advised to return the unwanted item via a tracked service. Two Little Ducks are not responsible for missing returns and unfortunately those that don't arrive will not be refunded.
